Accessibility statement
Last updated: June 2026
At APS Sáinz Abogados we want everyone, regardless of their abilities, to be able to access the information and services of this website. This statement summarises our commitment and the accessibility status of the site.
1. Commitment
We are committed to striving to make this site accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.1, level AA, and to improving it on an ongoing basis.
2. Measures adopted
The site has been designed and developed with accessibility in mind. Among other measures:
- Semantic structure (headings, regions and landmarks) and a logical reading order.
- Colour contrast in line with level AA and resizable text without loss of content.
- Full keyboard navigation, visible focus and a skip-to-main-content link.
- Alternative text on images and labels on form fields.
- Respect for the system preference to reduce motion (prefers-reduced-motion).
- Large touch targets and a design that adapts to different screen sizes.
3. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, there may be content that is not yet fully accessible, especially content provided by third parties (for example, appointment-booking or payment tools). We work to remedy any issues that are detected.
4. Feedback and contact
If you encounter any accessibility barrier or need the information in an alternative format, write to us at info@abogaciayperitaje.com or call us on 673 524 620. We will deal with your request as soon as possible.
