This policy governs the cancellation, rescheduling and refund of the first appointment or consultation paid for through this website.

1. Purpose

It applies exclusively to the first appointment or consultation booked online and paid for in advance. The fees for any legal services contracted afterwards are governed by the corresponding engagement letter or quotation, not by this policy.

2. Booking and payment

You choose an available day and time and pay for the consultation securely through the payment gateway (Stripe). You will receive confirmation of the appointment and payment by email.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by giving a minimum notice of 24 hours:

• With that notice or more: you may reschedule the appointment at no cost or request a full refund.
• With less notice or in the event of a no-show: the consultation may be non-refundable, except for a justified reason that we will assess.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the same payment method used, normally within 10 business days, subject to your bank’s timeframes.

5. How to request it

Write to us at info@abogaciayperitaje.com or call us on 673 524 620 indicating your name and the booking details. We will confirm the cancellation, rescheduling or refund as soon as possible.

6. Subsequent legal services

If you contract our services after the consultation, the financial terms will be set out in the engagement letter. Where applicable, the amount of the consultation may be deducted from the subsequent fees if expressly agreed [PENDING — to be confirmed by the firm].
