Our story
A firm founded in 2020 and consolidated as APS Sáinz Abogados SLP in 2025, with a way of understanding legal practice: approachable, disciplined and effective.
In 2020 we began our journey as Abogacía y Peritaje Sáinz, an independent firm founded by lawyer Laura Sáinz i Rodríguez. From day one we committed to an approachable, rigorous practice, specialising in immigration, family and international business.
In 2025 we took a decisive step and became APS Sáinz Abogados SLP. In doing so we consolidated a team and a way of working built on continuous improvement, ethical commitment and close support, keeping intact the trust that the individuals and companies we work with place in us.
Who we are
We are a firm in the heart of Barcelona's Eixample, specialising in immigration law, matrimonial and family law, and advice for international companies and entrepreneurs. We work with a limited number of matters so we can give each client the attention they deserve.
How we work
We believe in a legal practice that explains, that meets deadlines and that is available. Before acting, we make sure you understand your options and their consequences; throughout the process, we keep you informed at every stage.
We provide service in Spanish, Catalan, English and Portuguese and practise within the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
